Refund policy

At Pattern House, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, returns are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged or defective product
    • Other genuine issues verified by our team
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or preference.

Return Window

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • No returns will be accepted after the 7th day from the date of delivery.

Return Verification Process

  • All return requests will be reviewed and verified by the Pattern House Customer Support Team.
  • Customers may be required to share images/videos of the product for verification.
  • Once approved, the return will be initiated.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request within the allowed timeframe.
  2. Our support team will review and verify the request.
  3. Upon approval, return pickup or instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

For COD Orders:

  • Refunds will be issued as Store Credit only.

For Prepaid (Online) Orders:

  • Refunds will be processed to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store Credit, depending on the return reason and approval status.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 14–15 working days after the return process is successfully completed.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • Pattern House reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Pattern House will be considered final.
